Generate operational reports. Accept and assign service orders in the system. Report route progress hourly. Onboard service providers. Collect documentation for GR and issue service provider contracts. Provide support and guidance to drivers using the APP. Close out service providers. Investigate and reconcile missing items. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Operations Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma completed.
