Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring proper merchandise display and turnover, expiration date control, sector organization, and customer service, aiming to prevent losses and maintain quality. Friendly and informative customer service * Generate reports and update product prices according to established routines and schedules, correctly discarding outdated price labels to avoid embarrassment and losses to the company. * Rotate merchandise according to expiration dates: place items with the nearest expiration date at the front so they are purchased first, following the "first in, first out" methodology to prevent losses due to expiration or the display of unsuitable products in sales areas. * Remove expired products from shelves and forward them to the warehouse team for replacement or proper disposal. * Allocate unsuitable products whenever necessary, following established procedures, directing them to the appropriate location, labeling them accordingly, and issuing NF-e (electronic invoices) when required, to ensure sector organization and proper routing of products for loss reporting or exchange. * Request the CDA (Accounting and Administrative Department) to regularize/record NF-e documents—whether for receipt or return—to properly document merchandise movements, receipts, and returns, as well as comply with applicable tax regulations. * Request system price reductions daily, by the deadline set by the department supervisor. * Supervise promoter activities, assisting them whenever necessary, directing them to restocking locations, and providing information to accelerate shelf replenishment and maintain activity quality standards; always inform promoters about product expiration dates. * Handle products carefully to avoid package damage and deterioration that may cause losses or necessitate cleaning and reorganization efforts. * Manage discounted product end-caps, organizing and restocking them appropriately. * Provide courteous and friendly customer service when approached by customers in the sales area, supplying information about products and their locations; always accompany customers to the relevant section and verify product availability both on display and in stock.
