Responsibilities: \- Evaluate equipment availability, identify occurring issues, and define containment actions. \- Monitor equipment corrective actions and execution of preventive maintenance. \- Ensure compliance with Maintenance Procedures. \- Monitor workplace organization and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). \- Support demands from other departments. \- Maintain clear, objective, and effective communication with involved departments. \- Availability for on-site follow-ups and meetings at suppliers or other departments. \- Conduct GMP verifications (cross-inspections). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical course in electromechanics or electrical engineering Interpretation of mechanical technical drawings Planning and organization skills Relevant work experience **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance of BRL 26.00 per day; Attendance bonus of BRL 300.00; Benefit package of BRL 200.00; Performance bonus of up to BRL 150.00; Night shift allowance; 50% tuition assistance after one year of employment (subject to internal policies); Annual Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Environment that encourages learning and development **Work Location:** ---------------------- OBJETIVA IND E COM DE EMBAL PLASTICAS LTDA (ANA ROSA UNIT) **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 12x36 shift schedule (5:50 PM to 5:50 AM)
