As an Inside Sales Representative, you will connect with prospective students, present our teaching methodology, and help them take their first step toward English fluency. Location: Foz do Iguaçu/PR – Downtown Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Two positions available with distinct schedules. * 1 – Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:30 * 2 – Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 21:00 Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 2.133,45; * Commission on sales; * Meal Allowance: R$ 300.00; * Transportation Allowance. ️ Responsibilities: * Attend to leads who have already expressed interest in studying English; * Present the company’s methodology and identify prospective students’ needs; * Conduct negotiations and guide enrollment closure; * Record interactions, progress, and appointments in our system; * Monitor performance targets and contribute to the school’s growth. ✅ Requirements: * Experience in sales; (experience in courses and training is a plus) * Proactivity and results orientation; * Excellent communication skills and friendly customer service; * Organizational skills to record and track activities; * Motivation to grow alongside the team. * Negotiation and closing skills; * Familiarity with CRM tools.
