Apply now and join our team! **Attention!** * \> To register, click the "Apply for this position" button; * \> Complete your registration/resume with as much information as possible, including all professional experiences, educational background, and personal details; * \> It is essential to enter your *e\-mail* and phone number correctly, as we will contact you through them; **Responsibilities and Duties** The Forestry Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and supervising field operations, ensuring efficient execution of silvicultural activities, service quality, and compliance with safety, environmental, and productivity standards through: * Monitoring and supervising forestry process activities, preventing failures and ensuring operational continuity; * Planning, organizing, and assigning tasks among field teams, ensuring quality and productivity; * Supervising internal and third-party teams, ensuring completion of scheduled activities; * Issuing operation follow-up reports; * Managing logistics related to team transportation and meals; * Ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures; * Developing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for vehicles and machinery; * Implementing and maintaining inspection routines for operational activities; * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards; * Conducting inspections in forest areas, identifying non-conformities; * Monitoring application and dosage of inputs, pest control, and proper disposal of packaging; * Controlling inventory and consumption of field inputs (seedlings, fertilizers, agrochemicals), according to technical recommendations; * Supporting the control and execution of planting plans; * Transporting employees when necessary.
