If you are dynamic, proactive, and wish to contribute to an institution that puts people first, **join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative activities of the cooperative; * Assist in organizing documents and internal controls; * Provide support to teams and departments across the cooperative; * Learn organizational routines and member service practices; * Participate in training sessions and learning program activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between **14 and 24 years old** (per the Apprenticeship Law); * Be **currently enrolled in or have completed high school**; * Be available to fulfill the program’s scheduled working hours; * Show interest in learning and professional development. * Strong communication skills; * Organizational skills and responsibility; * Willingness to grow and learn as part of a team. **Additional Information** We offer a benefits package designed to value employee well-being, development, and quality of life: * Salary: BRL 966.15 * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher (totaling BRL 560.00); * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness platform (Gympass, TotalPass, and StarBem); * Corporate University; * Transportation Voucher (4% payroll deduction).
