Job Summary: Financial Analyst to manage accounts payable, optimize cash flow and foreign exchange operations, ensuring the organization's financial sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic analysis for financial predictability \*FINANCIAL ANALYST – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE\* Ensure efficiency in financial management by fulfilling financial commitments, maintaining cash flow stability, and optimizing foreign exchange operations through precise controls, strategic analyses, and favorable negotiations, thereby contributing to the organization's financial sustainability and predictability. \*Professional Responsibilities:\* * Perform bank reconciliations and prepare cash flow reports, following departmental governance processes, ensuring alignment between accounting records and transactions, as well as indicator quality. A) Reconciliation accuracy rate. B) Report delivery-on-time rate. * Execute foreign exchange settlements for transactions, analyzing market conditions, negotiating USD pricing, and performing forward exchange contracts to enhance predictability and cost savings in international negotiations. A) Negotiated amount. B) Volume of transactions executed. C) USD savings achieved versus USD pricing at time of utilization. * Monitor cash flow by entering revenue and expense forecasts into internal systems and conducting feasibility analyses for meeting commitments, ensuring healthy cash position. A) On-schedule payment execution rate. B) Weekly version submission deadline compliance rate. C) Number of projected days with negative cash flow balance. * Manage accounts payable financial forecasts and execute payments for approved expenses, recording information, analyzing expense nature, verifying document compliance, confirming director-level approval, and reconciling forecasts with bank statements—ensuring timely fulfillment of assumed obligations and operational sustainability. A) Financial volume processed; B) Average payment lead time; C) Volume of transactions executed; D) Cash flow forecast accuracy rate; E) Process delinquency rate; \*Requirements:\* Completed undergraduate degree. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with foreign exchange settlement; Importer experience; Intermediate Excel proficiency. Analytical ability; planning and organization; initiative; assertiveness; communication. CLT – Remuneration to be negotiated.
