**CIVIL PLANNING ENGINEER (Cost Focus) \#1004**
**Primary Responsibility**: Responsible for planning, controlling, and analyzing costs of large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with financial targets, established deadlines, and quality standards defined by the project.
**Main Activities:** CONSTRUCTION PLANNING AND COST AREA.
* Develop, update, and monitor the project's detailed budget, covering direct and indirect costs, equipment, materials, and labor.
* Structure and track the physical\-financial schedule, ensuring alignment among scope, deadlines, and expense forecasts.
* Conduct economic and financial feasibility analyses, projections, and scenario simulations to support decision-making.
* Periodically control and review construction costs, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
* Prepare management reports with performance indicators (KPIs), comparative analyses, and expenditure forecasts.
* Support execution, procurement, and contracting teams in defining scope, costs, and procurement strategies.
* Ensure alignment between cost planning and physical construction planning, as well as corporate cash flow.
* Participate in technical and progress meetings, presenting results, forecasts, and action plans.
* Contribute to implementing engineering, planning, and control best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
