Support the team and promote customer satisfaction **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Saturday **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Brief Description Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the execution of vehicle maintenance and repair services at the dealership, guaranteeing quality, productivity, and adherence to established deadlines. Act as the liaison between the technical team, service consultants, and customers, promoting satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities ? Plan, organize, and supervise workshop activities, assigning tasks among mechanics and assistants; ? Monitor completed services, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines agreed upon with customers; ? Provide technical support to the team in complex diagnostics and repairs; ? Monitor workshop performance indicators (productivity, rework, service times, efficiency); ? Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of tools and equipment; ? Support the service consulting area in defining deadlines and estimates; ? Monitor the use of parts and supplies in coordination with the inventory department; ? Address customer issues and complaints related to service execution; ? Liaise with the vehicle manufacturer regarding technical matters. **Requirements:** Educational Background Required ? Completed High School ? Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree ? Completed technical course in the automotive field Legal Requirements (Mandatory) ?
