Job Summary: We are seeking a Snack Bar Attendant to handle customer service, cleaning, and meal preparation, with opportunities for professional growth and training. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment Position: Snack Bar Attendant (Customer Service, Cleaning, and Meal Preparation); Male or Female – Must be over 18 years of age; (These positions are available at São José dos Pinhais Shopping Mall and Afonso Pena Airport; however, we also have openings at other stores) * Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM; * Completion of elementary school is preferred; We Offer: * Monthly salary of R$ 2.200,00 * **(R$ 1.900,00 base salary + R$ 200,00 bonus)**; * Meal allowance up to R$ 450,00 in cash (no deductions); * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off per week (plus 1 Sunday off per month); * CLT employment regime – Immediate registration in the employee’s work record book (We do not charge fees nor hire unregistered workers); * Employee of the Month award – R$ 150,00 bonus; * Transportation allowance; * Complimentary uniform; * Medical/dental assistance provided by the union, fully covered by the company (subject to union regulations); * Training provided – no prior experience required; * Candidates with no prior work experience or without formal work registration (first job) are welcome; * We offer an excellent work environment; * Opportunities for career advancement/growth within the company; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Which neighborhood do you currently live in? * Are you interested in and available to work night shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM at São José dos Pinhais Shopping Mall or Afonso Pena Airport? * We register all employees’ work records immediately.
