




Job Summary: Professional responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and keeping the CRM updated, working within sales and the sales funnel. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency with technology and digital tools ***Responsibilities:*** * Conduct active lead prospecting (outbound and/or inbound); * Identify and qualify potential customers based on ideal customer profile (ICP); * Initiate initial contact via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels; * Map leads’ pain points, needs, and challenges; * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team; * Update and maintain the CRM with accurate and complete information; * Track performance metrics (calls, e\-mails, meetings, conversion); ***Requirements:*** * Solid knowledge of sales, sales funnel, and CRM; * Proficiency with technology and digital tools; * Proven experience as a BDR/SDR; * Availability to work onsite in Maringá, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break). ***Benefits:*** * Salary: BRL 1800.00 (negotiable depending on experience); * Commission * Meal allowance Payment: starting from R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: Onsite
