It provides innovative solutions for talent management and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Work in the automotive sector performing the following functions: Prospect mechanical workshop owners via: Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM, E\-mail. Qualify leads using SPIN Selling-based questions (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need for solution). Identify workshops seeking to: increase revenue, improve management, attract more customers. Schedule qualified meetings for consultants/sales representatives. Update information in the CRM. Monitor metrics including: Leads contacted, meetings scheduled, and conversion rate. Previous experience as a Commercial Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or Sales Agent may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
