**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies to raise resources and sustain long-term partnerships. • Present the organization clearly and persuasively, highlighting results, projects, and benefits for potential partners. • Prospect new companies for financial support, products, equipment, and services. • Monitor and participate in project calls for proposals, programs, and resource fundraising campaigns. • Prepare corporate proposals seeking financial support and resources. • Conduct visits and commercial outreach to strengthen relationships with current and prospective partner companies. • Encourage partners to engage more actively in the organization’s projects. • Receive and attend to companies during visits, presenting partnership opportunities. • Support events and strategic initiatives that reinforce relationships with partner companies. • Track goals, action plans, and performance metrics for the prospecting and fundraising department. • Identify companies generating the highest return and maximize those partnerships. • Prepare institutional and commercial materials for prospecting and visits. • Conduct monthly segmentation of prospects and maintain active contact with partners. • Record all information about each partner and prospect in the system. • Document in the system all donations and resources secured from partners. • Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements to expand departmental results. • Keep departmental controls and records consistently updated and organized. • Utilize and apply new fundraising tools to enhance resources and partnerships.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
• Completed undergraduate degree in business-related fields. • Prior experience in resource fundraising is desirable. • Previous experience in B2B sales. • Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B required.
**WORK HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
