Job Summary: The professional will work on BIM modeling, alignment of architectural projects with topography, development of architectural and urban planning projects, as well as project coordination and analysis of relevant legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with BIM modeling and coordination of architectural projects. 2. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is required; Civil 3D is a plus. 3. Seeking agility, proactivity, creativity, and strong communication skills. **Job Description****:** **Summary of Responsibilities** BIM modeling, alignment of architectural projects with topography, support and development of architectural and urban planning projects. **Detailed Responsibilities** Architectural Design: * Support and development of architectural design drawings, area tables, descriptive memoranda, and finish schedules. * Alignment of architectural projects with topography, including forecasting and quantification of cut-and-fill volumes. * BIM modeling and transition of projects to BIM. * Coordination of architectural projects with complementary projects. * Study and analysis of applicable legislation. **Education/Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. **Additional Qualifications:** * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Architecture. * Agility, proactivity, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain effective communication across all departments of the company. * Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. * Preferred (not required): Civil 3D, Layout, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, Navisworks. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel card; * Unimed health insurance plan (available after 3 months of employment). **Work Format:** * On-site. **\*\*\*Knowledge or experience in land subdivision will be considered a "plus."** SUBMIT SALARY EXPECTATIONS **Location****Employment Type****Work Mode** Curitiba, PR, BR PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) On-site Apply
