Support continuous process improvement Operate, program, and set up machining centers to ensure part manufacturing complies with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity targets established by the company. Main Responsibilities * Program CNC machining centers according to technical drawings and defined processes. * Prepare and configure machines (setup), including workpiece clamping, tool selection, and machining parameter adjustments. * Operate equipment during production, monitoring machine performance. * Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications. * Adjust programs and parameters to improve productivity and quality. * Perform dimensional measurements of parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.). * Correct dimensional or process deviations when necessary. * Record production and quality control information. * Perform basic autonomous maintenance and ensure proper care of machines and tools. * Comply with occupational safety, quality, and organization (5S) standards. * Support continuous improvement of machining processes. Technical Knowledge: * CNC programming. * Machining center operation. * Technical drawing reading and interpretation. * Metrology and measuring instruments. * Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters. * Basic CAD/CAM knowledge (desirable).
