RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Receive, sort, inspect, and distribute clean linens to hospital departments. * Collect soiled linens from departments, following hygiene and infection control protocols. * Perform counting and inventory control of linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, gowns, pajamas, etc.). * Identify and segregate damaged linens for repair or disposal. * Organize and maintain appropriate storage of both clean and soiled linens. * Assist in sending and receiving linens to/from third-party laundry services, where applicable. * Strictly comply with biosafety, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations. * Maintain the laundry area clean, organized, and properly signposted. * Record logs and information related to linen movement. * Support the team and respond to urgent requests from clinical departments.
