Revesttir's Sales Consultant must be articulate, communicative, motivated, proactive, and friendly. Being a skilled consultant is essential to ensure architects and customers enjoy a memorable experience and become loyal. The candidate must be agile, detail-oriented, committed to resolving issues as they arise, and consistently address the needs of the company’s partners (architects, designers, and engineers) and customers. Responsibilities * Develop a client portfolio comprising architecture and engineering professionals; * Deliver excellent service to partners and customers; * Address partner and customer requests whenever possible; * Schedule visits to architecture firms and similar offices; * Organize company-hosted events to invite professionals to visit the store; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s commercial product portfolio; * Establish and maintain ongoing communication channels with architecture firms and similar offices to encourage store visits and specification of the company’s products; * Place orders in the ERP system for delivery to partners and customers; * Monitor order status in the ERP system; * Request order-related information from purchasing and logistics departments whenever necessary; * Contact architects to conduct satisfaction surveys regarding their purchasing experience. Required Qualifications * Experience in sales consulting for surfacing materials and/or sanitary ware and plumbing fixtures; * Basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
