Ensure quality standards and safety regulations Position: Electrical Construction Coordinator Location: São José dos Pinhais – PR Company: Eleng Engenharia Employment Type: CLT \| On-site Salary Hourly wage: R$ 18.18 Salary range: R$ 4,000.00 \+ 30% hazard allowance Schedule Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 17:30 Friday 07:30 to 16:30 Benefits: Meal Allowance: R$ 813.20/month Food Voucher: R$ 28.72 per workday Average monthly total (VA + VR): R$ 1,445.04 Coffee Voucher: R$ 4.00 per day (average R$ 88.00/month) Mobility Allowance: R$ 300.00 Life Insurance Dental Plan after probation period Health Plan after probation period (with co-payment) Free private parking Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise low- and medium-voltage electrical construction projects; Manage field teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity; Ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations; Plan and control project phases; Monitor measurements, materials, equipment, and labor requirements; Serve as liaison among clients, suppliers, and operational teams; Prepare progress reports and performance indicators; Inspect field-executed services to ensure technical compliance; Support material procurement and cost control for projects; Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal procedures. Requirements Experience coordinating electrical construction projects; Knowledge of electrical installations, infrastructure, and team management; Experience in construction planning and supervision; Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings; Valid driver's license (Category B); Willingness to travel when required; Knowledge of safety regulations and construction management. Qualifications Technical or higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields; Experience in industrial, corporate, or electrical infrastructure projects; Leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills; Decision-making and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management tools is a plus.
