Courteous and professional customer service during deliveries **Responsibilities:** * Assist with verification of goods to be loaded; * Support loading and unloading of products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage; * Organize goods in the vehicle efficiently and securely; * Assist the driver with map reading and navigation systems to identify optimal routes; * Provide courteous and professional service to customers during deliveries; * Confirm receipt of goods by collecting signatures and completing documentation when required; * Verify goods upon delivery to customers or stores; * Contribute to vehicle cleaning and organization; * Collaborate effectively as part of a team to foster a positive organizational climate and achieve company objectives.
