Job Summary: The Cooperative Development Analyst will implement and support the organization of the social framework, developing training and programs. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on Cooperatives Member Journey, Councils, and Committees **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Cooperative Development Analyst will be responsible for implementing, guiding, and supporting the organization of the social framework through policies, projects, and programs; conducting market research; and developing targeted training for employees and leaders, aiming to organize and develop the social framework of Sicoob Credicapital. Main Activities: * Cooperatives Member Journey (Integrar Program: Excellence in Cooperativism, Community Engagement, Engaging New Cooperatives Members, Relationship Maintenance, Pride of Belonging, A Cooperative to Call My Own, That’s Who We Are); * Orientation Council; * Strategic Council (COE); * Women’s Committee; * Youth Committee; * Delegates; * Assembly Process, NPS, and Satisfaction. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields; * Ability to develop and implement sustainability, citizenship, and financial education programs for cooperatives members; * Excellent communication and presentation skills; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; * Willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Cooperative Management or related fields. * Experience in cooperativism; **BENEFITS:** Anniversary Bonus Celebrate your time with us!
