We are looking for a **Controller Manager** with strong analytical and strategic vision to structure and lead the controller function, ensuring high-quality financial information and supporting senior leadership decision-making. **Position:** Controller Manager **Work Location:** Corporate Unit \- Rua Ernâni Santiago de Oliveira, 321 \- Centro Cívico **Job Mission** Structure and lead the Controller function, ensuring excellence in financial reporting, accounting governance, budgetary discipline, and strategic support to leadership, thereby contributing to the company’s scalability and profitability. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the annual budgeting process, forecasts, and long-term financial planning; * Consolidate and analyze financial results (actual vs. budget), identify variances, and propose action plans; * Design financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) focused on margin, profitability, and efficiency; * Develop managerial dashboards and executive reports for executive management and the board; * Lead and develop the controller team; * Act as a strategic partner to operational departments and executive management; * Develop financial models for expansion analysis and investment evaluation; * Supervise corporate accounting and ensure integrity of financial statements; * Support the establishment of internal controls and financial policies; * Manage relationships with external auditors and specialized consulting firms; * Participate in due diligence processes and corporate reorganizations; * Identify financial, accounting, and regulatory risks and propose process improvements. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Solid experience in controller functions, FP&A, or auditing; Strong proficiency in financial modeling and financial statement analysis; Experience with ERP systems and BI tools; Advanced Excel skills. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in audited environments or with investors; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance or Controller Functions; Experience in high-growth companies or those with complex corporate structures.
