Job Summary: An HR professional to work either as a generalist or specialist across multiple areas, including recruitment, development, personnel administration, and onboarding programs. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist or specialist practice across various HR areas 2. Participation in recruitment, selection, and development programs 3. Support for onboarding and HR management programs Conduct internal and/or external recruitment and selection activities for operational positions. Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of personal development and professional training programs. Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes. Provide support in administering external training for employees. Monitor internship and/or apprenticeship programs. Keep the bulletin board updated. Assist in preparing managerial reports containing HR-related information and statistical data. Participate in conducting onboarding programs for new employees. Support the administration of the company’s job classification and compensation programs. Participate in various committees, meetings, and programs. Assist in organizing events. Update internal control reports and spreadsheets relevant to the assigned department. Organize departmental files and documents. Support the development of initiatives and campaigns aimed at preventing and combating moral, sexual, and/or virtual harassment within the company, as well as taking necessary actions in identified cases, such as supporting potential victims and addressing offenders.
