Job Summary: S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking a General Director to oversee hospital economic and financial management, performance indicators, strategic planning, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in hospital accreditation is a plus S3 Gestão em Saúde is looking for new talents to serve as **GENERAL DIRECTOR.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Hospital economic\-financial management: budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and contracts * Management of clinical and operational performance indicators * Strategic planning and goal deployment * Management of management contracts (quantitative and qualitative targets) * Knowledge of clinical regulation and SUS workflows * Familiarity with legislation applicable to public health * Experience with hospital information systems * Experience in hospital accreditation processes (ONA or similar) will be considered a plus * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing leadership * Ability to make decisions under pressure, manage conflicts, and lead organizational change **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Hospital Management, Health Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Internal Audit, or Quality in Health, or related fields * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the health sector * Proven experience as Hospital Director, Administrative Director, Executive Manager, or equivalent role **Additional Information** * Workload: 40 hours per week S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially inclusive institution recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility; it is qualified as a Social Organization in various states and municipalities across the federation and provides services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society humanely in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanity. **Vision:** To be a national benchmark institution delivering services humanely in health, education, and social assistance.
