Leadership in team guidance and assurance of quality standards Description: Main Responsibility: Coordinate construction and engineering projects for company developments in the state of Santa Catarina. Job Description: * Management, contracting, and integration of complementary engineering projects; * Representation of the company in negotiations with public agencies, secretariats, concessionaires, regulatory bodies, and municipal governments; . * Daily management, planning, execution, control, and evaluation of earthwork, drainage, paving, water supply, sewage, and complementary construction projects, with focus on civil construction, cost efficiency, and quality; * Contracting of service providers and subsequent review of contracts issued by the Procurement Department; * Guidance to site inspectors, contractors, and other service providers, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality requirements; * Coordination and execution of competitive bidding processes for labor services; * Monitoring of physical and financial progress of developments; * Support in preparing construction budget forecasts; * Development and monitoring of construction schedules; * Responsibility for material procurement entries; * Liaison with condominium administration and residents' associations after project handover regarding maintenance responsibilities of the urban development company; * Attendance at Project Meetings (Mondays) and Construction Meetings (Fridays); * Technical support to the Architecture Department related to construction activities; Training of site inspectors, contractors, and their staff to ensure execution in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) * Education/Qualifications: * Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in engineering projects, infrastructure construction, and building construction. Other Qualifications: * Proficiency in earthworks, drainage, water supply networks, sewage systems, paving, general infrastructure, foundations, retaining structures, stormwater networks, waterproofing, and other areas relevant to the role; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse social profiles; * Experience in people management and leadership mindset; * Intermediate proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD; * Strong reading comprehension and ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
