Job Summary: The professional will conduct home visits and monitor residents in institutions, mediate communication with family members and volunteers, and support documentation and benefit-related processes. Support documentation processes and social security benefit applications **Job Details:** Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM or 12:00 PM to 6:15 PM (with a 15-minute break) **Work schedule:** Starting salary: R$ 3\.818,46 After probation period: R$ 4\.242,73 **Requirements:** Conduct visits at the facilities of Asilo São Vicente de Paulo; Cei Bom Pastor; Padre Giocondo.
