RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Provide daily administrative support to stores, facilitating and accelerating their operational processes; Conduct detailed sales analyses, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities to optimize commercial performance; Perform meticulous cash reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial transactions; Accurately and timely record invoices, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and proper accounting registration; Conduct rigorous credit assessments, analyzing financial data and payment history to mitigate risks and maximize profitability; Coordinate system ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) releases, ensuring operational efficiency and integrity through appropriate use of this integrated management platform. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or graduated from Administration or Accounting Sciences; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in customer service, administrative processes, and invoice handling.
