Apply now and become part of this educational journey.* **Requirements:** Completed Higher Education: Administration; Business Management; Architecture and Urban Planning; Civil Engineering or related fields. * Technical Education in Building Construction and knowledge of AutoCAD are advantageous **Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Analyst:** * Guide Uninter partners regarding property usage and optimization for implementation, adaptation, address changes, and maintenance of the Uninter Network. * Conduct online or on-site (when necessary) infrastructure inspections to ensure the quality of Uninter Network teaching centers. * Issue reports on inspected teaching centers to maintain records of completed inspections. * Monitor daily via spreadsheet the teaching centers under your responsibility to ensure compliance with established deadlines. * Complete infrastructure forms to meet demands from the Rectorate, Audit Department, other Uninter departments, and the Ministry of Education (MEC). * Keep the Uninter teaching center network’s infrastructure information updated in Uninter systems to improve workflow organization and indicator analysis. * Conduct infrastructure assessments of teaching centers and address other departmental requirements as needed. * Organize property-related information in the respective teaching center’s network folder. * Periodically request partners to submit teaching center information. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:48 **Work Location:** Campina do Siqueira – Rua Francisco Nadolny, 100 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Meal allowance of BRL 37.46 per day Medical and dental assistance Tuition scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate studies Birthday day off Online English course Bulla Card – functions as a credit card usable at restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and more On-site parking Life insurance Advantage Club – special conditions for various services
