Job Summary: The Quality Analyst (Technical Section) ensures the reliability and technical compliance of information used for highway construction project control, validating topographic and technical data. Support inspection and management with technical analyses and reports The Quality Analyst (Technical Section) guarantees the reliability and technical compliance of information used in monitoring and controlling highway construction projects. This role is responsible for analyzing and validating topographic and technical data, ensuring alignment with executive designs, applicable standards, and specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Validate and analyze topographic data collected by field teams. * Ensure compatibility among surveys, executive designs, and technical guidelines. * Verify geometric compliance of construction works and support inspections in identifying deviations. * Structure, organize, and maintain an updated topographic database and quality documentation. * Ensure traceability, integrity, and reliability of information used by the technical department. * Provide necessary information, parameters, and guidelines for executing surveying services. * Provide technical support to inspectors during analysis of measurements, photographic records, and minutes. * Review, adjust, and validate digital terrain models (DTMs) and surfaces for measurement purposes. * Integrate topographic and geometric data into corporate construction control systems. * Prepare technical reports, maps, graphical representations, and comparative databases. * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support audits, measurements, and management decisions. * Ensure all executed processes comply with current standards and the Quality Management System procedures. * Support training and technical guidance related to Technical Section processes. * Contribute to identifying technical non-conformities and support proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate on improving workflows, standardizing documents, and optimizing technical control processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in processing and analyzing topographic data for highway construction projects is desirable. * Ability to interpret highway engineering designs and applicable technical standards. * AutoCAD and GIS, etc. * Driver's License Category B **Additional Information** **100% On-site Position** **Must reside in Curitiba/PR.** Medical and dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Welcome kit for your baby, including for LGBTQIAPN+ couples; Pharmacy discounts; And the “Mais Saúde” program (including Alper, Optum, and Wellhub apps).
