**Job Description:**

Conduct environmental licensing diagnosis and classification (LP/LI/LO, LAS/AA/AF/exemption) per unit and activity (municipal, state, and federal); Control protocols, track environmental, sanitary, MAPA, and controlled-product licenses and authorizations (Federal Police, Civil Police, and Army/DFPC) across all branches; Manage environmental conditions, expiration deadlines, and renewals monthly, ensuring 100% active licenses with zero expired; Develop and maintain a license and authorization map per unit (environmental, sanitary, MAPA, controlled products, IBAMA), including validity dates, responsible parties, and updated status; Issue a monthly regulatory compliance report: legal changes, applicability per unit, and implementation status; Coordinate waste management (PGRS/PGRSS), MTR and traceability, as well as IBAMA obligations (CTF/Regularization Certificate and inventories); Map sanitary requirements (VISA/ANVISA) applicable to product and customer profiles; Support acquisition and renewal of sanitary permits and management of documentary evidence; Continuously monitor legislative changes (municipal, state, and federal), assess operational applicability, and issue action plans with follow-up until closure; Maintain and visualize the legal matrix per unit and process, with audit trail and traceable history; Conduct gap analyses, simulated internal audits, and ensure maintenance of legal and environmental requirements of the QMS (ISO 9001/ISO 14001\) regarding regulatory compliance; Prepare evidence, readiness plans, and support external audits and inspections, issuing post-event action plans with effectiveness verification; Control deadlines for periodic obligations related to controlled products (maps, reports, registrations) and support inspections by competent authorities in coordination with Responsible Technicians (RTs); Ensure achievement of contractual compliance KPIs: 100% active licenses, zero critical pending items, \= 95% legal requirements met, and 100% SLA adherence; Integrate hazardous goods transportation requirements and emergency plans into regulatory controls where applicable; Support and structure required licenses for new Brazilian units in coordination with responsible RTs.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Sanitary Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Desirable: Postgraduate degree/MBA in Environmental Management, Regulatory Affairs, or QSSMA; Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001/ISO 14001\.
