Ensuring financial profitability of projects Description: Responsible for managing implementation/evolution projects with customers, aiming to ensure implementation quality and success, while mobilizing necessary resources to meet deadlines and deliverables agreed upon with the customer Responsibilities and Duties * Manage small-scale and non-customized projects; * Identify and document project stakeholders based on MIT guidelines; * Support planning and execution of communications; * Serve as the single point of contact for clients and internal departments, relaying data and information via emails, calls/meetings, and system records; * Identify risks associated with assigned projects and record them in the system; * Document lessons learned based on MIT documentation; * Plan and allocate resources involved in the project; * Report project data to management using performance indicators; * Ensure timely billing of service projects according to the commercial proposal signed by the customer; * Ensure financial profitability of assigned service projects; * Ensure consistent time tracking for all allocated resources on assigned projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
