Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Iguaçu Saneamentos \- Francisco Beltrão PR** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the operational services backlog (outstanding services) using reports extracted from the system; * Control and manage technical operational inspections; * Monitor contractual and operational performance indicators; * Develop the sector's operational planning; * Monitor internal and outsourced service schedules, reporting information into the system; * Support field supervisors in inspecting operational service quality; * Assist in receivables control, drafting and timely submission of official letters; * Assist in preparing service shift schedules, time tracking, and vacation planning with team members; * Prepare and track purchase and service requisitions after manager approval; * Prepare operational performance presentations; * Populate spreadsheets and reports for managerial reporting; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Preferred: Technical or Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Preferred: Intermediate-level Office Suite proficiency; Preferred: Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
