Responsibilities and Duties * Support the field technician team in analyzing component equivalency, verifying electronic parts stock levels in the logistics operation warehouse, and approving orders. * Request registration of component equivalency and PFC (parts outside the bill of materials) from Service Engineering; * Analyze overall operational stock levels and coordinate with the service planning team to ensure replenishment of electronic components; * Serve as the travel coordinator, interacting with the responsible department and clarifying doubts or supporting the team in case of issues related to the Paytrack system; * Generate weekly reports on pending expense reports, monitor their resolution, or escalate issues for appropriate action. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of electronic components; * Experience as an IT technician or in related roles; * Basic knowledge of the SAP system.
