About the Role:
The Productivity Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, developing and implementing action plans, monitoring results of implemented changes, and providing support and guidance to teams and managers.
Responsibilities:
1\. Plan, implement with follow-up, and optimize industrial processes, closely monitoring workflow and performance indicators.
2\. Identify improvement opportunities and failures that may impact volume, quality, and losses.
3\. Develop performance indicators, collect relevant data, and generate reports to support managers in strategic decision-making.
4\. Control training-related documents and register them in the quality management system, as well as develop and deliver training as needed.
5\. Compile monthly productivity indicators for production areas.
6\. Develop and train on new procedures.
7\. Materials and supplies management.
Qualifications:
* 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field preferred.
2\. Relevant experience in this role/area preferred.
3\. Process management knowledge preferred.
4\. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma preferred.
5\. Communication skills preferred.
6\. Knowledge of quality standards preferred.
7\. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
8\. Basic English proficiency preferred.
