Teamwork Position: Supervisor – 40 hours per week Location: CASCAVEL EDUCATION CENTER Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: * Salary: R$ 2.029,09 * Meal allowance: R$ 805.00 (Alelo) * Transportation allowance: up to R$ 12.00/day (if the amount exceeds this, please inform at the time of hiring) Job Description: The Supervisor's role is to monitor the team's operational activities and verify that procedures are correctly followed. The Supervisor serves as the contact point between the Contract Supervisor/Manager and third-party employees working in schools. Requirements: * Experience in the field, agility, discretion, attention to detail, ability to adapt to new situations, communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. * High school completion certificate (proof required) * Over 18 years of age * Up-to-date with electoral obligations * Military discharge (if male) * Parents, siblings, or spouse must not be employed as public servants (in leadership positions) in the state of Paraná Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Pay: R$2.029,09 – R$2.030,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
