Relationship development and achievement of targets Inside Sales Representative We are looking for an experienced SDR to work in pre-sales and schedule consultations for our clinic. If you are proactive, goal-oriented, have experience in prospecting, and possess the skills to ensure customer attendance at consultations, we want to meet you. Working Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, hybrid work model. Salary: Base: R$ 1894.00 + benefits + commission Responsibilities: Conduct active prospecting of new customers via phone, email, and social media; Qualify leads and schedule quotations with potential customers; Identify business opportunities and act on their conversion; Maintain the CRM updated with relevant information about leads; Participate in training sessions and team alignment meetings; Contribute ideas to improve sales processes; Adopt a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions; Develop strong relationships with potential customers; Achieve established qualification and scheduling targets; Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversions.
