Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive SDR to handle pre-sales activities, prospect clients, qualify leads, and schedule consultations for our clinic, with a strong focus on goals and conversion. Consultative approach and relationship development Inside Sales Representative We are looking for an experienced SDR to perform pre\-sales activities and schedule consultations for our clinic. If you are proactive, thrive in a goal\-oriented environment, have experience in prospecting, and possess the ability to ensure client ATTENDANCE at scheduled consultations, we want to meet you. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, hybrid work model. Salary: Base: R$ 1894.00 \+ benefits \+ commission Responsibilities Actively prospect new clients via phone, e\-mail, and social media; Qualify leads and schedule quotations with potential clients; Identify business opportunities and drive their conversion; Maintain the CRM updated with relevant lead information; Participate in training sessions and team alignment meetings; Contribute ideas to improve sales processes; Adopt a consultative approach by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions; Develop strong relationships with potential clients; Achieve established qualification and scheduling targets; Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversions. Qualifications Completed high school education Previous experience as an SDR Knowledge of sales techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle objections Organization and proactivity CRM system knowledge Teamwork capability Results orientation Knowledge of the dental market Flexibility to interact with diverse client profiles Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.887,12 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
