Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a UX Designer to work on the development and evolution of Cooper Card's digital solutions, ensuring intuitive, functional experiences aligned with users' and business needs. This professional will be responsible for conducting research, prototyping, usability testing, and managing the UX roadmap, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Development of prototypes at various fidelity levels (low, medium, and high) for web and mobile platforms, focusing on hypothesis validation and usability; Creation of clear, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces; Market monitoring (benchmarking), conducting research, and tracking trends and innovations in the payment industry; Application of UX/UI best practices, fostering creativity, curiosity, and innovation within the team; Planning and execution of usability tests, analyzing results, and proposing continuous improvements; Creation, management, and updating of the UX roadmap and demand backlog; Identification and understanding of internal and external customers' needs, proposing improvements to products, workflows, and processes; Monitoring and reporting the status and progress of initiatives under their responsibility to stakeholders. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Advanced proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, Sketch, and Adobe; Experience in digital projects, particularly in the payments sector; Previous experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer; Experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA; Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools; Experience in the card, payments, or related industries; Knowledge of UX metrics and data analysis for decision-making. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: BRL 28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and relaxation area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative activities. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER TEC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
