We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the development and optimization of SAP CPI integrations, mentor teams, and drive innovation in system architectures.

**Responsibilities:**
Lead the technical design, development, testing, and implementation of complex integration flows (iFlows) between SAP S/4HANA using SAP CPI or another iPaaS platform;
Act as the technical reference in integration projects, defining optimal approaches, design standards, and technologies to be used (REST/SOAP APIs, IDocs, RFCs, Proxies, File Transfer);
Perform maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of existing integrations to ensure data flow performance, reliability, and security;
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level integration developers, sharing technical knowledge, integration development best practices, and promoting team growth;
Collaborate closely with solution architects, SAP functional analysts, ABAP developers, and legacy/satellite system owners to define clear integration requirements and effective technical solutions;
Define and implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling strategies for integration flows to proactively identify and resolve issues;
Ensure comprehensive, clear, and up-to-date technical documentation for all integrations;
Research, evaluate, and propose adoption of new technologies, connectors, and approaches in the field of system integration and APIs;
Provide Level 3 technical support for high-complexity incidents related to integration failures, conducting in-depth investigations and implementing definitive solutions;
Participate in API governance and definition of security policies for integrations.
**Requirements:**
Availability to work 100% on-site;
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
Extensive experience in integration development and architecture, with focus on iPaaS platforms such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Dell Boomi, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, or similar;
Solid experience developing integrations using various technologies and protocols (RESTful APIs, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, etc.);
Deep expertise in integration requirements analysis, data modeling, message mapping, and process orchestration;
Experience in integration flow troubleshooting and performance optimization;
Proficiency in SAP CPI (iFlow design, use of standard and custom adapters, Groovy/JavaScript scripting, security policies, monitoring);
In-depth knowledge of integration architectures (EAI, ESB, API-led connectivity, microservices);
Experience with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV;
Knowledge of integration security concepts (OAuth, SSL/TLS, JWT, encryption);
Familiarity with the SAP S/4HANA environment and its integration mechanisms (IDocs, BAPIs, OData APIs);
**Knowledge of code versioning tools (e.g.: Git).**
**Desirable Qualifications:**
Experience with SAP API Management or other API Gateway platforms;
Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its integration services;
Experience with ABAP development for Proxy or RFC creation;
**Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g.: Kafka, RabbitMQ);**
Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD of integrations;
Functional knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, etc.) for better understanding of business processes to be integrated.
**Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \- 08:00–18:00\.
