This is an opportunity for hands-on learning, focused on professional development within a dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organizing and monitoring training sessions and development programs; * Supporting recruitment processes; * Maintaining and updating records and systems; * Participating in internal projects aimed at process improvement; * Conducting training sessions and onboarding for new employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Interest in learning and developing professionally. * Strong communication skills, commitment, and proactivity. * Prior experience is not required. **Additional Information** * Meals provided on-site. * Health insurance plan. * Transportation allowance. * Opportunity for permanent employment upon completion of the apprenticeship contract, subject to performance. * Ongoing training and mentoring.
