This person will be responsible for: * Performing fiber optic installation tasks both indoors and outdoors; * Organizing and reconfiguring fiber cables, maintaining orderly spaces where fiber optic cables will be installed, and cleaning and tidying up the work area after task completion; * Performing fiber optic splicing and/or connector fabrication, and installing communication equipment (ONT/ONU); * Conducting system validation tests and correcting fiber optic defects when identified; * Documenting, per the defined checklist, each stage and execution of customer service activities; * Collaborating in identifying customer issues and needs, as well as proposing viable solutions; * Providing basic technical information to customers—such as general usage guidelines or safety, maintenance, and service/product optimization measures; * Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of tools used in daily work; * Delivering clear and concise customer service... **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including Saturday activities; one weekday off per week according to rotating schedule.
