Does this opportunity resonate with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and deliver teaching activities in alignment with the Program’s Pedagogical Project and in accordance with advancements in educational technology; * Systematically assess one’s own teaching performance and students’ academic progress; * Maintain records of teaching activities and provide documentation upon request; * Continuous professional development in competency-based teaching; * Supervise undergraduate capstone projects; * Actively participate in faculty meetings; * Participate in the course’s activity planning process; * Propose extension courses and, when applicable, postgraduate programs; * Opportunity to engage in academic research; * Ensure students’ learning outcomes; * Carry out non-teaching duties within the contracted weekly workload, as directed by the course coordination. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related fields; * Availability for a 30-hour weekly workload; * Master’s or doctoral degree in Computer Science; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively; * Proficiency in Python, Object-Oriented Programming, and Web Development. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with active teaching methodologies; **About the Selection Process:** This selection process is open to both PUCPR adjunct faculty members and external candidates; the Teaching Evaluation Panel is a mandatory and evaluative stage for all applicants.
