Our differentiator is creating tailored solutions—whether for a single project phase or for improving the manufacturing process of a product, from conception through final testing—encompassing all phases and resulting in positive impacts on performance and project timeline. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Description** * Development of projects for assembly fixtures and tooling; * Oversight of fixture installations performed by third parties, primarily ensuring adherence to the scheduled timeline and detailed delivery requirements; * Participation in the production process; * Collaboration in the FMEA process—critical analysis and preparation; * Project approval via production means (Design Review); * Development of layouts for installation areas, assembly lines, and pre-assembly zones; * Development and implementation of new processes; * Analysis of cost-reduction opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Production Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of digital industry (Industry 4.0); * Knowledge of Project Management; * Knowledge of FMEA; * Intermediate/Advanced English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in CATIA design software; * Knowledge of 3D printing **Additional Information** **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, childcare assistance, TotalPass, and partnerships with language schools and universities.
