




Job Description: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or Pharmacy (or related laboratory fields); * Active registration with CRBM or CRF, as applicable based on academic background; * Demonstrated practical experience in Clinical Laboratory Analysis (routine laboratory operations, good laboratory practices, biosafety, quality control, and test result interpretation); Desirable: * Prior experience in teaching, supervision, or preceptorship activities; * Commitment to the ethical, technical, and humanistic development of students. Computer Skills: * Microsoft Office Suite JOB MISSION: Implement, evaluate, coordinate, and plan pedagogical/instructional projects in face-to-face and/or distance learning modalities; Participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of learning recovery projects, applying methodologies and techniques to facilitate the teaching and learning process. Work in academic and/or corporate courses across all educational levels to meet students’ needs, monitoring and evaluating educational processes. Enable collaborative work by creating and organizing mechanisms for participation in educational programs and projects, facilitating communication between the school community and associated organizations. Operate within the clinical context, assessing clients’ cognitive, motor, and social interaction functions and promoting rehabilitation of impaired functions. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and guide students during practical activities conducted at UP’s School Laboratory; * Provide guidance on laboratory techniques, procedures, and workflows (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, urinalysis, and parasitology); * Ensure compliance with biosafety regulations and good laboratory practices; * Support the development of professional competencies, fostering integration between theory and practice; * Assist in sector organization and internal quality control, when required; * Contribute to continuous improvement of practical activities and the teaching environment. 2512130202201917976
