Job Summary: A professional responsible for interior and exterior painting activities, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring finishing quality and execution standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform interior and exterior surface painting with a focus on quality. 2. Prepare and apply paints, ensuring finish quality and safety. 3. Collaborate in teams for service validation and touch-ups. * Perform interior and exterior painting activities at the project site, adhering to the company's safety and quality procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consult with supervisors to obtain necessary information, ensuring tasks are carried out per project specifications. * Request tools, accessories, and materials from the warehouse according to the task to be performed and safety and quality guidelines. * Provide and assemble, when required, lifting equipment such as scaffolds, sawhorses, ladders, etc. * Protect surfaces not undergoing work to prevent damage. * Prepare materials for use, including mixing and diluting paint, as well as homogenizing filler compound. * Inspect and prepare surfaces for work, sanding ceilings and walls with plaster and filler compounds, removing damaged old paint, cleaning, and applying filler compound while checking wall levelness and plumb. * Apply paint using appropriate tools, paying attention to finishing details and execution quality. * Evaluate application results jointly with the supervisor, who will validate the work; touch-ups will be performed if necessary. * Clean used tools and equipment, as well as the work area. * Carry out all activities in accordance with the company’s occupational health and safety and quality policies and procedures. * Perform other duties related to the position and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in the field; * Availability to work in Maringá. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance (no deductions) + Dental Plan + Life Insurance.
