Opportunity for continuous process improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Job Mission: Support the care team and ensure quality, safety, and continuity of patient care by performing initial patient reception and orientation, preparing patients and clinical environments, checking and recording vital signs and information in the electronic medical record, assisting with medication, vaccine, and dressing administration under nursing supervision, organizing materials and patient flow, complying with institutional protocols and patient safety standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), promoting practices aligned with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), observing environmental aspects through appropriate waste disposal and rational resource use, participating in audits and Quality Management System (QMS) activities, reporting incidents, and contributing to continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications via various routes, verify the nine rights of medication administration, and monitor vital signs to ensure treatment safety and efficacy; Conduct outpatient triage, measure vital signs and anthropometric parameters, collect clinical information, prioritize patient care needs, and direct patients according to clinical requirements; Prepare and position patients for consultations and procedures, assist the multidisciplinary team, perform dressings and postoperative care under guidance, administer vaccines, manage the cold chain, record information in systems, and provide patients with necessary care instructions; Identify patients eligible for management programs, perform referrals, and support initial follow-up. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Nursing; Ethics and responsibility; Organization and attention to detail; Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Basic knowledge of biosafety and waste disposal. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $1,251.51 **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation allowance - R$200.00 **Work Location:** ---------------------- UNIMED OESTE DO PARANÁ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Applications open until March 2, 2026
