Job Summary: Provide Level 1 technical support and assistance to users, configure devices and operating systems, and assist in IT asset management. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in IT asset management and identification of infrastructure issues **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide Level 1 support to users from all departments and hierarchical levels via telephone, chat, e\-mail, or in person; Support and configure devices such as desktops, printers, mobile devices, landline telephony, etc.; Support and configure client-side operating systems: Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux; Configure, test, and support everyday user tools including e\-mail applications, communication tools, Office suites, etc.; Assist analysts in providing support for network infrastructure resources (fiber optics, copper pair, wireless); Deliver support services while adhering to quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs); Develop internal procedural manuals or user work instructions; Identify infrastructure issues affecting users' daily operations; Support IT asset inventory and management (hardware, software, licenses); **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Be between 18 and 24 years old; Currently enrolled in High School or a Higher Education program in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Administration, or equivalent Information Technology programs; Availability to work at Alvorada Headquarters; Monday through Friday (4 days on-site, 1 day for training). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $966\.43 **Benefits:** --------------- Life insurance; Fuel allowance; Meal voucher for lunch; Birthday Day Off; Uniform; Health insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAFEEDS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
