This specific position focuses on the technical execution and tactical oversight of integrating new partners into our ecosystem. Your role will be to ensure that the integration journey is smooth and efficient, directly participating in testing and certification activities, as well as actively collaborating with the commercial team to ensure new partner onboarding occurs within agreed timelines and quality standards. **Work Model:** Hybrid **Location:** Curitiba\- PR Responsibilities: **✨Activities you will lead:** Your mission will be to **lead the integration** between MadeiraMadeira’s technological ecosystem and partners’ ERPs, ensuring secure and functional technical onboarding. You will serve as the liaison point between Commercial Prospecting and Technology, ensuring the onboarding flow is fulfilled and providing necessary support to maintain operational stability of the supplier base.### **Activities:** * **Execute and monitor integration** of internal systems with new partners’ ERPs, performing billing, registration, and operational tests to ensure process compliance. * **Identify and report operational bottlenecks** in the integration flow, proposing practical improvements to increase onboarding agility. * **Provide ongoing support for the supplier base**, resolving technical incidents and assisting in analyzing recurring issues to improve stability. * **Monitor delivery schedules with partner consulting firms**, ensuring agreed deadlines and technical requirements are met. * **Collaborate with the Commercial Prospecting team**, providing technical support during the transition from prospecting to new partner integration. * **Maintain updated technical integration documentation**, facilitating communication with internal teams and enhancing the partner experience.
