Collaborate to deliver projects with excellence We are looking for professionals to work in Vivo's technical areas, such as Customer Service Technician, performing installation, repair, and maintenance activities for networks. Responsibilities and Duties * **Install and configure services requested by customers**, such as telephone lines, data, and subscription TV, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Perform technical adjustments, such as **cabinet binning**, as well as **repairs** to telephone lines, data, and TV, ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Deploy external optical fiber networks (SITES / FTTA / FTTH)**, ensuring construction quality and optimal functionality of the fiber optic network. * Perform **installation and repair of fiber optic cables** in residential and commercial buildings, as well as external networks. * Conduct **tests and measurements** to ensure installation quality. * Diagnose and resolve issues in fiber optic systems. * **Maintain detailed records** of performed activities and monitor key performance indicators. * Manage contracted service providers, ensuring alignment and service quality. * Collaborate with the team to **meet deadlines and deliver projects with excellence**. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education; * Valid and active Category B driver's license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to perform work at heights; * Results- and customer-oriented mindset; * Tech-savvy profile; * Curiosity.
