Many other highlights include cutting-edge talent development initiatives and competitive benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** * In-person customer service * Control and printing of original Bills of Lading (BLs) * Storage and organization of documents received from customers * Management of original BLs for unlocking in the CE Mercante system * Support to the CX Frontline team * Control and management of form inventory * Processes with the Federal Revenue via portal and e-CAC * Proactive notification of port discrepancy notices (DUE) – Pre-shipment * Email management on the Case Management platform * Communication with internal and external stakeholders (terminals, operations team, cargo readiness, manifest team, transshipment team, Federal Revenue) * Record deletion in CE Mercante **We are looking for:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Logistics, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of documentary processes (endorsement) * Basic knowledge of regulatory instructions and legislation related to registration processes will be considered a plus * Strong communication skills * Problem-solving ability Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
