Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller to serve as a key player in managing our financial, tax, and accounting operations during our growth phase. Key Highlights: 1. Developing Strategic Cost Management \*Group of companies specializing in educational and technological solutions Location: Curitiba (Capão Raso) \| Work Mode: On-site \| Working Hours: Business hours We are seeking a CONTROLLER to serve as a key player in managing our financial and tax/accounting operations during our growth phase. Challenges and Impact of Your Role with Us: As our Controller, you will play a guiding role in the group's decision-making processes. Your main responsibilities will include: · Tracking and generating reports demonstrating the group's financial, tax, and accounting health, in collaboration with department leaders; · Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), tracking Budget and Forecast, and preparing reports to support the group's growth strategy. · Developing Strategic Cost Management, establishing allocation criteria, cost centers in the system, conducting reviews and analyses of results and accounting statements; · Supporting area managers in monthly closings; analyzing and preparing materials for the monthly board of directors meetings. What We Expect From You: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields; expertise in Tax and Fiscal Legislation; hands-on experience in controllership; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. · We value your talent and experience.
